Most businesses have difficulty determining if their provider is adhering to their agreements or if they are being treated properly with the charges incurred. Merchant statements are cryptic and difficult to interpret. It is not uncommon for a provider to increase fees over time or charge fees incorrectly.
MSP conducts ongoing performance reviews or “PRs” for our clients. MSP reviews client merchant accounts statements to help assure that the benefits we identify for the client are delivered, the costs incurred remain minimized and that there are no inappropriate charges. A performance report is sent to our clients profiling our ongoing review. Should we identify an issue, we will contact our clients to make sure any correction needed is addressed.
